As a Contract Data Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our Budapest based MSA (Material Stream Agreement) team in managing and maintaining our contract data quality. Key Accountabilities/ Execution:

• Perform administrative work to identify defects in our systems and initiate corrective measures
• Read and compare a large volume of contracts to data in different databases to ensure data accuracy 
• Help ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and cleanups.
• Highlight data defects and coordinate with the financial and customer service teams to resolve them
• Support in the preparation of user guidelines, training sessions and management presentations
• Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ongoing university studies in Business Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and MS Outlook
• Good knowledge of SQL and Python, with familiarity in data analysis and data querying
• Understanding of service contract execution is an advantage
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
• Fluent English is required
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and apply new approaches to problem-solving
• Team player attitude
• Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle repetitive/monotonous tasks when required
• Deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail
