We are hiring a Contract Coordinator to join our Care Assessment Team at Xyla Healthcare Services, a division dedicated to delivering high-quality assessment services that help improve outcomes for service users across the UK.

In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end assessment process for Continuing Healthcare services, working closely with service users, families, clinicians, commissioners and other stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in ensuring assessments are delivered efficiently, supporting patient flow and helping people access the care and support they need.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate assessments, reviews and appeal meetings to agreed service levels and operational KPIs.
• Liaise with service users, families, clinicians, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and other stakeholders to manage assessment bookings and progress cases.
• Obtain and manage required documentation, including care home and GP records, within agreed timeframes.
• Act as the central point of contact for your service area, providing updates and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare appeal documentation and accurately record meeting minutes to support high-quality service delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or coordination role with multiple competing priorities.
• A background in patient facing roles or NHS admin is helpful.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• A compassionate and resilient approach when supporting service users and families through potentially challenging circumstances.
• The ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
