As a Contract Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive business support across the contract, including contract claims, financial administration, reporting, and data management. You’ll ensure that contract documentation, claims, and financial processes are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
You will bring:
Experience in contract administration, finance, or project coordination
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, reporting tools, data systems)
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A high level of initiative with the ability to work independently
Bonus if you have:
Experience working with contract claims or infrastructure/maintenance environments
Familiarity with asset or contract management systems
