What are your contributions to the team?

  • Plan, structure, and coordinate digital transformation and process‑improvement projects.
  • Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, operations, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, prepare materials, and facilitate follow‑up meetings.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to documentation, standardization, and project governance improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies, including automation and AI.

How to thrive in this role?

Core Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in digital transformation or process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and complex project‑structuring skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional).
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools, dashboards, and performance indicators.
  • Strong interest in digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
