In this role, you'll:

In this role, you will provide essential administrative, analytical and coordination support to the Commercial and Benefits team, contributing to effective contract management and strong commercial governance across Transport for NSW.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining contract and commercial records that meet governance and audit requirements, and coordinating activities related to contract establishment, variations, renewals and close‑out processes.
You will assist business areas by monitoring contract performance, benefits realisation and compliance metrics, ensuring high‑quality data informs reporting and decision‑making.
You will also support the preparation of reports, dashboards and data summaries for internal stakeholders and senior leaders, ensuring information is accurate, timely and contributes to effective commercial oversight.

About you
You have experience in contract administration, procurement coordination, or commercial support within a large or complex organisation. With strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, you are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You bring an understanding of contract management processes, procurement systems, and governance requirements, and you are confident using Microsoft Office applications as well as document or contract management systems.
You have experience in contract administration, procurement coordination, or commercial support within a large or complex organisation, and you apply strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail in everything you do. You are confident managing multiple priorities at once while maintaining consistently high levels of accuracy and compliance.
You bring a sound understanding of contract management processes, procurement systems, and governance requirements, and you are proficient with Microsoft Office as well as document and contract management systems. You are comfortable working with data, documentation and structured processes, and you take pride in ensuring information is complete, reliable and audit‑ready.
Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, support team activities, and build positive working relationships across the organisation. You take a proactive and reliable approach to delivering high‑quality administrative and commercial support, contributing to smooth and consistent contract governance.
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and/or bring equivalent professional experience that demonstrates your capability in contract administration and commercial processes. You also have a solid understanding of the NSW Government Procurement Framework and the requirements that underpin compliant, efficient and transparent procurement activities.
