Job Description

Highmark Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills, is seeking four experienced culinary leaders to join our hospitality team as Contract Executive Sous Chefs. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the culinary operations at one of the most exciting sports and entertainment venues in the country.

Selected chefs will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and guest experiences across stadium concessions, premium clubs, suites, and hospitality spaces for all games and special events.

Position Summary

The Contract Chef will provide culinary leadership and operational support for event-day food production and execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced executive-level chef with a passion for large-scale hospitality, quality execution, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Position: Contract Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef
• Compensation: $300 per day
• Per Diem: $50 per day for travel and meals
• Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Location: Highmark Stadium, Orchard Park, NY
• Commitment: Must be available to work all Buffalo Bills home games and scheduled stadium events

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and execution for assigned culinary operations.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards.
• Support and lead kitchen teams during game days and special events.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to execute menus and event logistics.
• Assist in managing staff productivity, food quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience required.
• Previous experience in high-volume hospitality, sports and entertainment venues, hotels, resorts, or large-scale catering operations preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commit to all scheduled events.
