About the Role

We are seeking a Bordereau Automation / OWIT Analyst to support configuration, automation, integration, testing, and production support for the OWIT Bordereau Automation platform. The role requires strong technical aptitude, business analysis, data validation, JSON configuration, REST APIs, and workflow automation skills. The candidate will work with business, vendor, QA, and technical teams to improve processing accuracy and operational efficiency.

Job Description

The role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into OWIT platform configurations, data mappings, business rules, automated workflows, and bordereau processing solutions. The analyst will configure and maintain program templates, validation logic, integration connectors, and JSON payloads while troubleshooting processing and data-quality issues.

The position also supports enhancements, QA/UAT activities, REST API and SFTP integrations, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics. The analyst will provide production support, investigate incidents, coordinate issue resolution, maintain system configurations, and identify opportunities for process optimization and Straight-Through Processing (STP).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and configure OWIT programs, templates, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain data mappings, JSON configurations, validation logic, and integration connectors.
• Validate and troubleshoot REST APIs, JSON payloads, SFTP, and other inbound/outbound integrations.
• Perform data validation, exception analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Support QA and UAT, including test planning, defect tracking, issue resolution, and enhancement validation.
• Provide production support, monitor automated processing, and coordinate resolution of incidents.
• Develop operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data-quality metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve process automation and STP across bordereau operations.
