Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a remote contract clinician supporting children and families through high-quality, compassionate ABA services.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who is confident providing effective telehealth supervision, values ethical and relationship-centered care, and can independently support both clients and RBTs remotely.

We believe remote ABA can be done well, but only when clinicians are engaged, responsive, clinically strong, and intentional about building connection and supporting implementation from a distance.

Compensation

  • $70/hour for billable services

Billable responsibilities may include:

  • Supervision
  • Parent training
  • Assessments
  • Treatment planning
  • Caregiver collaboration
  • Other insurance-approved BCBA services

Please note:

Some nonbillable responsibilities are expected as part of quality clinical care and team collaboration. These may include:

  • Responding to clinical questions
  • Supporting and guiding RBTs
  • Consulting with stakeholders
  • Coordinating care with providers or families
  • Maintaining timely communication

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective remote supervision to RBTs and clients

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate professionally with families, team members, and community stakeholders
  • Support ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for BCBAs who:

  • Are highly comfortable with telehealth service delivery
  • Can effectively support RBTs remotely
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are clinically independent and self-directed
  • Value relationship-centered care
  • Prioritize ethical and high-quality clinical decision making
  • Understand that remote work still requires responsiveness, accountability, and engagement

Requirements

  • BCBA certification in good standing
  • Licensed in Utah or willing to obtain Utah licensure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience providing telehealth supervision preferred
  • Reliable internet and appropriate remote work setup

Our Philosophy

We care deeply about the quality of support families receive.

We believe children, families, and RBTs deserve clinicians who are present, collaborative, and invested, whether services occur in person or remotely. Our goal is to build a team of professionals who lead with both clinical excellence and humanity.

If you are passionate about helping families, value ethical care, and are confident supporting teams remotely, we would love to hear from you.
