ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an organised and detail‑driven Contracts and Tender Specialist to join our commercial team in Brisbane.
This role plays a critical part in coordinating and submitting high‑quality tender responses across the business, while also managing the administration and tracking of customer and supplier contracts.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, QA/RA and Marketing to ensure all tenders, contracts and compliance obligations are delivered accurately, on time and in line with business and customer requirements.
A background in document control and structured process management is highly desirable, as accuracy, version control and compliance are central to this role. Experience within pathology,
healthcare, medical devices or other regulated industries will be viewed very favourably.
