Job Description

Support end-to-end procurement and contract administration activities, ensuring compliance with policies and timely processing of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and monitor procurement and contract administration activities

  • Support contract establishment, renewal and variation processes

  • Liaise with stakeholders on procurement requirements and specifications

  • Review procurement documents and evaluation reports

  • Prepare materials and minutes for contract meetings

  • Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements

  • Track outstanding Purchase Orders and support year-end closing activities

  • Perform other procurement and administrative duties as required

Requirements:


  • Singapore Citizen

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement/contract experience

  • Knowledge of public-sector procurement processes and Government policies preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Good coordination, documentation and stakeholder management skills

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Oct 2026 to Sep 2027)

42 hours per week
