What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a multinational contract administration team.
  • Set goals, deadlines, and KPIs; monitor performance.
  • Oversee contract administration and order management processes.
  • Drive process improvements and automation.
  • Support customer requests and conduct contract analysis.
  • Lead customer meetings and resolve queries.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and new business opportunities.

Does this sound like you?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 + years of experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in contract administration, order management, or a related area.
  • Experience in people management? You’ve got it, and it’s a big plus if you lead remote teams.
  • Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and German (written and verbal) are top-notch.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based collaborative platforms.
  • Independent, organized, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to drive changes and support management decisions.
  • You are empathetic, inspirational, and team-oriented.
