Job Description


Analyzes and maintains various contracts for pricing and terms. Provides timely updates to appropriate staff through electronic or manual means. Provides backup support to various supply chain and purchasing functions. Works independently.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Essential Functions
Maintains item dictionary (supply formulary) for accurate pricing and standardization. Performs a variety of support functions within Materials Management. Completes contract pricing, benchmarks, and cross references for value analysis in the Freeman value analysis tool (SURP). Creates and validates spreadsheets for pricing comparisons including return on investment requests. Analyzes, clarifies, and communicates local and GPO contract issues through Vizient and MSS channels. This includes local contracts. Works routinely with buyers, central supply team and materials management clinical coordinator on supply and back-order issues.
