What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:
• Are you experienced in contract support and administration, with at least 2 years' experience who has worked alongside operational teams.
• Performance and accuracy are top of mind, and you take pride in a job well done.
• You are someone who understands workflow and can deliver exceptional customer service
• You enjoy being part of a successful team who likes to have a bit of fun from time to time.
• IT skills will be one of your many strengths and Microsoft Office intermediate to advanced Excel and Word is a requirement for this role with Microsoft BI experience a bonus.
• You must be able to prioritise your workload and have effective communications skills at all levels of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga:
• Effectively managing claiming and invoicing activities which includes debtor management.
• Supporting the Contract Delivery Manager with financial analysis for continuous improvement and contract compliance
• Engaging and supporting sub-contractors with accurate claiming and payments.
• Using Power BI and other Microsoft products to produce accurate contract reports
• Continual focus on improving Client and Citycare contract reporting
