Job Description

A well-regarded architecture studio based in Toronto, working across a broad mix of project types. Their reputation rests on design innovation and a genuinely collaborative studio culture, with principals and architects working shoulder to shoulder on the boards.

Firm has new projects on the go!

Responsibilities:

  • Run construction administration on projects, covering both the office side (certificates of payment, change orders, PCs, CDs, and the like) and the field side (site meetings, site instructions, field review reports)
  • Organize and manage contract administration end to end
  • Move the project forward as directed by, or in consultation with, the project team
  • Oversee the work effort on your assigned projects
  • Pitch in on other parts of the process where needed, including pre-tender document review
  • Keep the project architect updated on job cost control, scheduling, and general progress

Must-haves:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • A background on mixed-use and healthcare projects
  • Solid knowledge of local and provincial building codes

Nice-to-haves:

  • Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD

Work style: 4, sometimes 5 days in office

Compensation: $110K-$140K

Compensation Disclosure
Compensation for all roles Axis recruits for is multi-faceted and based on a range of factors including experience, skills, location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include performance-based bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits offering, in accordance with applicable Employment Standards Act (ESA) requirements.
