UCAR is excited to announce the job opening for the Contract Administrator III -Team Lead role, who will be responsible for the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of complex, multi-phased prime contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements, and other contractual instruments for the financial/programmatic support of UCAR activities.
They will serve as a Team Lead for a group of Contract Administrators/Buyers. They will prepare, negotiate, and administer high risk, complex subcontracts and purchases required to support UCAR activities. They will serve as a liaison with outside agencies, other funding sources, as well as with internal management, corporate attorneys, and other UCAR personnel. They will work closely with contract, financial, budget, and lab/program personnel to resolve issues related to contract provisions. Finally, they will be a mentor for other Contract Administrators.
