Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.

Preferred qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications.
• Experience with complex process improvement projects.
• Excellent data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee signature and activation of all Google Cloud Italy agreements, acting as an authorized signatory of the company.
• Oversee contracting operations for Google Cloud Italy commercial agreements, including quarterly sales close procedures and on-call rosters, and continuous improvement of signature procedures.
• Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting day to day contracting operations, including policy queries, agreement execution delays, and non-standard signature requests.
• Plan, organize, and supervise processes and make necessary improvements for growth. Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
