We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the contract compliance and respective registration within ERP(SAP). You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, such as: the sales team, legal department, order management and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of all contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Your mission will be…

  • Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;
  • Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role;
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Work on a team environment, presentation skills, familiar with presentations to stakeholders;
  • Fluent writting and speaking, in French and Dutch (both languages mandatory).
