As a Contracts Administrator, you will be part of FactSet's global legal team based in Sofia, Bulgaria, where you will play a key role in supporting the in-house Legal Department. You will work under the supervision of Corporate Attorneys and Senior Contract Administrators, taking on meaningful responsibilities that directly support FactSet's commercial operations and third-party data vendor relationships. What You'll Do

• Coordinate on-boarding and compliance of new FactSet products, ensuring that content is mapped to the correct agreement and all reporting requirements are met
• Use subject matter expertise to identify bottlenecks and compliance concerns, and engage the appropriate internal resources to increase efficiency and mitigate company risk
• Rely upon depth of knowledge to execute projects that promote partnership with third-party data vendors and internal stakeholders
• Provide high-quality support to the global sales team by assisting in customizing contracts and providing guidance on the contracting process
• Prepare confidentiality agreements and other in-house legal documents using prescribed templates
• Draft letters, emails, reports, documents, and forms; amend documents; and produce presentations and spreadsheets
• Maintain electronic and paper client files, including indexing, archiving, and arranging collections and retrievals
• Learn and understand company policies to ensure these are met when assisting with contract agreements
• Maintain open and appropriate communication lines with internal stakeholders and external clients at all times to ensure the company's needs are met
• Manage and prioritize your own workload to ensure work is turned around within agreed deadlines and timeframes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a contract administrator, paralegal, legal secretary, or equivalent experience working with legal documents such as contracts
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills
• Knowledge of legal terminology is desirable but not essential
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to organize a varied workload and prioritize tasks to meet agreed-on deadlines
• Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use your own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and retain a professional attitude under pressure
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU/EEA/Swiss nationals, or holders of a valid Bulgarian work and residence permit)
