As our Project Support Administrator based in Dunedin, you’ll provide administration and coordination support to help our Construction teams deliver projects successfully.
Working closely with operational teams, you’ll assist with a range of day-to-day tasks including purchase orders, invoices, timesheets, filing, data entry, subcontractor administration, and maintaining project documentation and records. You’ll help ensure information is accurate, organised, and up to date across our systems and SharePoint.
You’ll also support project and contract setup, assist with reporting and month-end processes, coordinate documentation, and provide wider team support through meeting minutes, training coordination, and general administration tasks.
This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, with flexibility around hours for the right candidate. The role could suit someone new or returning to the workforce, looking for school-friendly hours, or seeking a flexible opportunity to build on their administration experience. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including those with transferable skills or looking to grow their experience in a supportive team environment.
