Job Description

Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: Kingston, Jamaica
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to customer contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner
  • Prepare and process contractual documentation, including Bills of Sale, Loan Agreements, Insurance Endorsements, and related documents
  • Prepare Letters of Undertaking and Notices of Liens, ensuring all documentation is properly maintained in accordance with internal policies
  • Ensure contracts are prepared and completed in line with delivery timelines
  • Verify that all contracts are signed by relevant parties prior to release to customers
  • Monitor and collect Bills of Sale from the relevant authorities
  • Input contract and collateral details into internal systems
  • Ensure loan disbursement processes are followed in accordance with established standards
  • Process payments including invoices and customer refunds
  • Maintain a comprehensive checklist for all contract requirements prior to filing
  • Track and collect insurance endorsements and motor vehicle titles from relevant agencies
  • Assist with the registration and discharge of liens on motor vehicles
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding the status of contracts and deliveries
  • Assist with staff loan application processing and credit bureau report preparation
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and well-organized records and files
  • Support administrative functions such as stationery ordering
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information
  • Ensure a professional appearance and organized workspace at all times
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
