In this role, you'll:


Work within our Operational Contracts Team within the Operational Performance & Improvement Branch of the Road Maintenance & Resilience division at Transport for NSW, with a focus on co-ordinating the ongoing performance of a portfolio of contracts in line with the published Contract Management procedures.

This role will see you leading the contracts administration function as you support the Manager Operational Contracts through conducting research, providing advice, collecting information on contract performance and communicating this back to the manager.

You will prepare all required Contract Management documentation including but limited to: Contract Management Plans, Meeting Agendas/minutes, Risk Frameworks, KPI Scorecards, Contract Variation documentation and Issue/Dispute communications.

In addition to this, you will be explaining contract requirements, terms and conditions and the need for compliance in a meaningful way to stakeholders.

About you


Your demonstrated ability has been achieved through roles that have enabled you to administer contract management processes, contract renewals and identify and manage contract risks across a defined scope of contracts and vendors.

You’re recognised for being a self-starter, detail orientated, contract focused and someone who can read and interpret a contract – not from a legal perspective - but able to provide informative advice.

This is an Award Transport Grade 7 Permanent Full Time role based in Milsons Point in Sydney, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!.
