OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Support. This role will primarily focus on providing administrative support to our sales team while also assisting with estimating tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Estimating Support
• Assist the estimating team with gathering project specifications and entering estimates from vendors.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and other documentation to accurately assess project requirements.
• Input data into AutoQuotes estimating software and generate accurate and detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of estimates.
• Administrative Support
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with construction industry terminology and practices is a plus.
• Experience with estimating software (e.g., AutoQuotes) is desirable but not required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum experience of up to (2) two years

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Physical requirements include walking and sitting for extended periods while operating a computer.
• Normal vision with color perception and normal hearing is required.
• Unassisted mobility is required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Indoor office environment
