Job Description

Contract Administration Assistant

$90,000 – $100,000 + Super
2 days WFH | 3 days on site

Build your career in contract administration while working on some of the most active and technically complex projects in the construction sector.

This role gives you the opportunity to step into the data centre space, supporting the commercial delivery of major live projects across Sydney. With direct access to experienced project and commercial leaders, you’ll gain hands-on experience across claims, variations, supplier coordination and project documentation.

You’ll also play a key role supporting the management of  Free Issue Equipment (FIE) packages -helping track costs, coordinate suppliers and keep critical project components moving.

What you’ll do
  • Support contract administration across live construction projects, assisting with documentation, claims, variations and progress payments while keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with project teams, contractors and suppliers to coordinate information, track delivery schedules and support procurement processes, particularly across Free Issue Equipment packages.
  • Contribute to the commercial side of projects by assisting with cost tracking, variation registers and project reporting, helping ensure smooth delivery through to completion.

What you’ll need
  • Some experience in contract administration, quantity surveying or project coordination within construction
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with teams and stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in construction and commercial delivery
