The Role

Quick Take -

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Support Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and vendor coordination. The role involves handling employee transport coordination, supervising & managing office facilities, and ensuring smooth administrative support across the organization.

The Work -

Coordinate with cab vendors for employee transportation requirements, shift schedules, escalations, and service quality. Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.

Coordinate with security guards and monitor overall office security operations.

Manage day-to-day office administration activities and ensure smooth functioning of workplace operations.

Handle vendor management, including follow-ups, issue resolution, and maintaining service standards.

Maintain records related to admin operations, vendor invoices, attendance, and office supplies.

Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support and employee requirements.

Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues such as maintenance, pantry, seating, and office upkeep.

Support event arrangements, meetings, and other office coordination activities as required.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed.

The Must-Haves -

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in administration or facilities coordination preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle vendors and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Flexible and proactive approach toward administrative responsibilities.
