Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Perform general contract administration, including creating jobs in JDE and ensuring contracts and budgets are entered accurately and on time

· Post daily production and consumption for manufacturing operations

· Prepare and process customer billings

· Administer lien release processes, including tracking, collection, and compliance for customer and subcontractors

· Manage and provide certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements

· Review and process subcontractor invoices

· Maintain forecasts and A/R tracking tools in Smartsheet

· Provide backup support for payroll job costing functions and reception duties

· Perform miscellaneous business analysis as requested

· Complete various special assignments

Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, payroll, contracting, general accounting, or a related field

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

· Strong knowledge of standard administrative practices and office equipment

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Demonstrated attention to detail and strong work ethic

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Ability to problem solve, follow directions, manage workflow, and handle challenging situations

· Ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible to meet deadlines

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
