Contra Finance Analyst (m/f)

The role of Contra Financial Analyst will be responsible for Contra Revenue Analysis for PS in Middle East and Africa. The role actively drives the forecasting process, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement.

Responsibilities:
• Performs complex financial analysis for PS business in MEA.
• Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for contra revenue providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.
• Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
• Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.
• Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, thereby aiming to enhance individual as well as organizational performance.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong Financial knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI

We offer:

The base pay range for this role is 108050 PLN to 163800 PLN gross annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically
granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by
the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under
its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility,
working conditions, experience and work location.
