Help Build a Better Manufacturing Operation
Do you enjoy finding better ways to do things?
We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician who is passionate about eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and helping teams work smarter. In this role, you'll partner with production, engineering, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement improvements that make a real difference on the shop floor.

What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and workflow.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects throughout the facility.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to uncover root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean initiatives.
- Streamline manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Assist with workstation layout improvements, standard work development, and visual management.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Work directly with production teams to implement sustainable improvements.
- Track, measure, and communicate project results.

What We're Looking For
You may have experience as a:
- Manufacturing Technician
- Production Lead or Supervisor
- Process Technician
- Lean Technician
- Quality Technician
- Industrial Engineering Technician
- Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other business software tools.
