Georgia Pacific is now hiring a Continuous Improvement Supervisor for our MT. Jewett Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) facility in Mt. Jewett, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high efficiency and technologically advanced plant.
The Continuous Improvement Supervisor leads daily operational improvement activities to increase productivity, quality, and safety at the site. This role supervises CI technicians or process improvement facilitators and partners with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to identify, prioritize, and implement Lean/Six Sigma projects. The supervisor drives standard work, visual management, problem-solving, and a culture of continuous improvement to achieve sustainable results. This is a hands-on role.
