The ideal candidate brings a strong operational excellence mindset, thrives in fast-paced production environments, and is comfortable working directly on the floor to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable performance improvements. This role will partner cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership teams to support throughput, quality, labor optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
In this role, you will conduct standardized work audits while maintaining SOP documentation and visual management tools to support operational consistency and scalability. The role will also focus on strengthening defect identification processes, rework tracking, and cross-functional quality feedback loops while developing KPI frameworks around throughput, cycle time, First Pass Yield, WIP, and operational performance metrics.
