Job Title: Site APSYS Specialists

Purpose of the job:

The Site APSYS Specialists will drive and coordinate locally (within a site/ cluster/ project) with all métier the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap.

APSYS Deployment - Animate, coordinate and challenge improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps using APSYS toolbox to deliver operational performance & develop local best practices.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES

APSYS Deployment:

• Work with CI Director on strategic transformation using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.
• Train people on APSYS program, methodologies and tools.
• Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools
• Facilitate and coordinate all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps
• Consolidate and report deployment status to CI Director.

APSYS assessment:

• Is responsible of self-assessment consolidation and APSYS assessment week / support mission’s preparation (logistics / accommodation, agenda, people availability …)

APSYS Network

• Participate to CI events (webinars, APSYS award...)
• Contribute as trainer.
• Share good practices & benchmarks (internal / external) within APSYS network)

Performance measurements:

1. Successful Lean impact on the métier
2. Progress from Y-1 to Y on APSYS maturity
3. Site KPI improvement

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree (technical/engineering)
• Lean Principles Experience.

Desirable:

• high energy, highly motivated
• Master lean principles (5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem solving, performance and kaizen mindset)

Experience

Mandatory:

• Capacity to coach top management of site and project team

Desirable:

• Lean DNA would be appreciated
• Ability to develop a network across all site

Competencies & Skills - (Technical & Behavioral)

• Rigor, Communication, experience in operational activities and results driven.
• Data driven and courageous - Ability to coach teams in cross and multicultural relationships,
• Collaboration and team working, critical thinking and problem solving

Salary Range - $70,000 - $85,000
