
The Continuous Improvement Specialist leads and supports improvement initiatives and special projects that improve manufacturing performance, efficiency, quality, safety, and process consistency. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and IT to identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement solutions, support automation and technology integration, improve manufacturing processes, and train employees on new or updated processes and systems.
