Where you’ll be:

This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role:

The Continuous Improvement Specialist plays a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the North America Business Area. As part of the Electrolux Always Improve (EAI) program, this role leads and supports initiatives that enhance customer and consumer experiences through structured problem‑solving, data‑driven decision making, and process optimization.

Working cross‑functionally, this position partners with teams at all levels to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support execution of Electrolux Always Improve (EAI) initiatives across the organization

  • Drive end‑to‑end process improvement efforts to enhance operational and commercial performance

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, define improvement plans, and deliver measurable results

  • Support performance management and strategic planning by aligning improvement initiatives with business priorities

  • Develop and track performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor progress and outcomes

  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and continuous improvement programs to build organizational capability

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and adoption of initiatives

  • Organize and facilitate team meetings and collaboration forums to track progress and drive accountability

  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, engagement, and best practice sharing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean, or process improvement roles

  • Lean Six Sigma certification required

  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and change management methodologies

  • Proven ability to lead and support cross‑functional initiatives

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
