As a delivery‑focused Continuous Improvement Project Lead, you will own and drive end‑to‑end operational improvement initiatives across Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Field Service, and Onboarding. The role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities using data and frontline insight, facilitating structured Kaizen and problem‑solving workshops, and leading cross‑functional improvement projects from definition through to sustained implementation. You will ensure actions are clearly prioritised, owners are accountable, benefits are realised, and improvements are embedded into day-to-day operations through strong stakeholder engagement and disciplined governance.

Core Role & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day to day in-process improvements reviews, working with first line team members
  • Analysing operational data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Identifying, planning and facilitating Kaizen events, value stream mapping and problem-solving workshops
  • Leading cross-functional improvement projects from initiation to implementation
  • Taking ownership to track, chase, and ensure completion of actions and milestones
  • Challenging stakeholders and manage resistance to change
  • Driving standardisation and ensure sustainability of improvements
  • Promoting continuous improvement culture across the organisation
  • Managing cross functional process alignment
  • Steerco / SDP Reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement
  • Strong workshop facilitation and project management skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability
  • Clear, Concise and simple communication
  • Confident stakeholder management
  • Resilient, able to handle resistance and operate under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Stay up to date with Culligan Business Systems – SDP, Kaizen, Lean etc.
