Arvato offers you one of the most dynamic work environments you can imagine. We are growing, innovating and we solve the challenges of our clients around the world every day. How do we do it? With our global team of 17,000 colleagues at 87 locations in over 17 countries and our special spirit: We're on it! As a strategic growth partner for our clients, we use cloud-based e-commerce and IT platforms as well as state-of-the-art automation technology to realize complex, global supply chain solutions.
The Continuous Improvement Process Engineer serves as a hands-on change agent focused on coaching, inspiring and empowering teams to improve how their work is performed and how we deliver value to the clients we serve. Working directly with operations teams, the position identifies opportunities for practical improvements that strengthen performance across operations and the broader supply chain.
Drawing on a strong foundation in operational excellence and structured problem solving, the Continuous Improvement Process Engineer co-leads targeted improvement initiatives and events (Kaizen), coaches teams in practical problem-solving methods, and converts everyday operational challenges into sustainable and lasting process improvements.
Partnering side-by-side with frontline employees, supervisors, and site operational leaders, the position helps teams move beyond quick fixes and build the capability to solve problems at their root.
Improvement efforts touch every dimension of operational performance—from safety and quality to delivery, productivity, cost, and team engagement. Success comes from combining hands-on operational involvement with disciplined thinking and practical implementation, turning improvement ideas into lasting changes that become part of how the organization operates every day.
