CONFIDENTIAL OPPORTUNITY – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Pryor, Oklahoma

$90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to support operations within a paper mill and converting environment. This role is focused on driving measurable performance improvements through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while building a strong culture of continuous improvement across the site.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach the implementation and sustainability of Lean manufacturing tools across the facility
• Conduct quarterly loss analysis to identify top improvement opportunities and align site action plans
• Drive cost savings initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
• Perform data-driven analysis and drilldowns to uncover key performance gaps
• Serve as a problem-solving leader using DMAIC methodology for complex operational challenges
• Partner with leadership to build systems, improve processes, and strengthen team capability

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering background with strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean principles
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives in a plant environment
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; able to influence across all levels
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI and/or SAP preferred
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
• Hands-on, data-driven, and highly collaborative approach
