Job Description

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

  • Work directly with the Site Management Team to implement a sustainable Problem solving & Process improvement capability in the plant.

  • Ensures the Site Management are improving their Daily Performance Management to meet global / divisional requirements.

  • Ensures Site Leadership are improving their Continuous Improvement Planning to meet global / divisional minimum requirements.

  • Ensures the Site leaders have the right Lean organizational structure and capabilities for:

- Natural Work Teams - Employee Involvement - Shop floor Cell / Line & all Office areas

- Define Clear Role for APS Engineers (Applicable to Large Production Lines)

- Re – align organization roles around supporting key processes activity not just functional focus.

  • Responsible for developing lean capabilities in Site leaders through learn-by-doing methods.

  • Ensures site Leadership are deploying & sustaining Lean Manufacturing Process Design & Improvement.

If you have/are:

  • Minimum 3 years in automotive manufacturing or similar high‑volume industrial environment.

  • Proven experience in Continuous Improvement leadership, Lean Manufacturing deployment, Project Management.

  • Experience working directly on the shop floor.

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills and have read/write/speak English language skills.

  • Corporate desktop environment skills, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Working exceptionally well in team environments and be adept at motivating co-workers.

  • A quick learner who is adaptive to and embraces change.
