Our award-winning client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team.We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Continuous Improvement Manager to champion a culture of efficiency and growth across our manufacturing facilities. You will lead site-level CI efforts, identify and implement improvement opportunities, and ensure the successful integration of our Corporate Performance System (SPS). This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record in driving successful change initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and embed a continuous improvement culture across designated facilities.

• Identify and prioritize key improvement opportunities, driving them through completion.

• Develop and implement training programs to establish and support core CI culture and SPS concepts.

• Conduct audits to ensure effective use of SPS tools and behaviors.

• Provide expertise in Lean methodologies, coaching and training in various CI tools.

• Analyze existing operations, propose solutions, and develop communication plans for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.

• Partner with the SPS Leadership Steering Team to continually improve the framework.

• Manage 2-3 sites on their CI journey, including travel as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives, with 7+ years managing multi-site leadership a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Expertise in Lean methodologies and a proven ability to train and coach others.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, ERP systems, and downtime reporting applications.

• Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications preferred.
