The Role:
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be a change agent to drive the integration of a lean culture in which every employee contributes to how work flows through the plant with maximum efficiency. This role will be assigned projects and tasks to support manufacturing and operations process improvement activities. The role will be a supporting function to the Manufacturing and Engineering teams to increase throughput, yield, quality, efficiency, and other key KPI’s and will support implementation of lean methodologies throughout the site.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical) or equivalent years of work experience.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in manufacturing environment.
Green or Black belt training and/or certification highly desired.
Kaizen participation highly desired
Some training in Solidworks or AutoCAD preferred
