
Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives for the containerization of Jenbacher J6 engines, in collaboration with Gföllner. Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and best practice standardization within the joint venture assembly plant. This role is essential for delivering world-class containerized Jenbacher J6 solutions and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and optimize assembly processes using Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM)
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify and eliminate waste
Develop and maintain Standard Work Instructions and visual management tools
Support implementation of quality, safety, and efficiency improvements
Train and coach shop floor teams on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques
Monitor KPIs, report progress, and drive corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and JV partner teams to ensure robust process integration
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in Lean/CI roles within industrial assembly or containerization
Strong knowledge of Lean tools and best practices
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
