Job DetailsJob Location: OH Middlefield - Middlefield, OH 44062Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work on projects with a breadth of scope including Safety, Operations, Supply Chain and Warehousing.
Act as a problem solver to reduce variation in processes and improve quality and consistency
Conducts research, analytical studies and testing in order to improve the plastic molding and forming processes. Implements changes or modifications to machinery, layout processes and/ or materials in order to improve quality and efficiency.
Advises on product and process capabilities and limitations to ensure proper alignment between product design and process capabilities.
Supports manufacturing by troubleshooting day-to-day equipment problems.
Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates technical drafting and design project activities from concept through completion.
QualificationsPosition Requirements and Skills:
Student majoring in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Demonstrates a creative and innovative approach to identifying potential solutions to complex problems
Excellent computer skills, including strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Takes initiative, demonstrates follow-through and works well independently as well as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, analytical and formal presentation skills, with ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as with Customers
