Job Description

Homey is seeking a dedicated and analytical Continuous Improvement Executive to join our team and drive operational excellence across the organisation. You will be pivotal in identifying process inefficiencies, designing improvements, and implementing best practices that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate current workflows and systems, develop data-driven recommendations, and lead change initiatives that support our mission to revolutionize the home-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Develop, document, and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement efforts.
  • Lead or support training sessions to roll out new processes and improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Support the integration of technology tools to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, operations analysis, or process optimisation roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and familiarity with project management or process improvement tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
