Key Responsibilities

Industrial Engineering / Operations

  • Monitor, analyze, and maintain process cycle times to ensure accuracy and alignment with production targets
  • Develop and sustain labor standard times using time studies, work sampling, and data analysis
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality
  • Support production management by providing data-driven insights on throughput, bottlenecks, and resource utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, quality) to drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Assist with production engineering support, including line balancing, capacity analysis, and workflow optimization
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, labor efficiency, and throughput

Computer Science / Digital Solutions

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility
  • Build and support custom systems/tools to improve operational decision-making and workflow efficiency
  • Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., MES, ERP, shop floor systems) into usable formats for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities where technology can streamline processes
  • Ensure data integrity, usability, and accessibility for operational reporting tools
  • Continuously improve digital systems to align with evolving business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
  • Experience with time studies, labor standards, and process optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or similar)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
