About the Role

Wis-Pak is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support our enterprise strategy, governance processes, and visual management systems.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you’ll be a key connector—ensuring information is accurate, clear, and consistently communicated across our Obeya & Flow Room environments (both physical and digital). You’ll help teams stay aligned, informed, and empowered to make effective decisions.

Obeya & Visual Management

  • Keep Obeya spaces current, accurate, and aligned with standards
  • Maintain visual systems that track progress toward strategic goals
  • Coordinate updates from cross-functional teams and reflect them in dashboards and boards
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies and help resolve them
  • Ensure a single, trusted source of truth across all Obeya environments

Communication & Meeting Support

  • Prepare agendas, materials, summaries, and visuals for leadership and team meetings
  • Create clear, concise updates that highlight progress and priorities
  • Co-facilitate Obeya & Flow Room sessions, capturing key decisions and actions
  • Help develop consistent templates and communication practices

Project & Change Governance

  • Partner with Project Leads and Sponsors to surface risks, blockers, and misalignment
  • Support and improve the Change Control governance model
  • Coach leaders on “Project Management Lite” and governance expectations
  • Assist with training on problem-solving tools and Lean-based practices
  • Champion Lean principles and visual management across the organization

Documentation & Version Control

  • Manage controlled documents throughout their lifecycle
  • Maintain version control for procedures, job instructions, and Obeya artifacts
  • Ensure documentation meets compliance and audit standards

Enterprise Alignment & Maturity

  • Help ensure consistency across all Flow Rooms and Obeya environments
  • Participate in maturity assessments and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to align priorities and messaging

Mentorship & Leadership Support

  • Work with teams across sites to reinforce best practices in problem solving and project management
  • Mentor Flow Room Facilitators and help build capability in Obeya methods
  • Lead operational rhythms and cadences that strengthen leadership skills
  • Attend site sessions to support alignment, share updates, and reinforce strategy

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in project management (Lean/Agile preferred).
  • Candidates without a degree will be considered with 13+ years of equivalent experience

Skills & Strengths

  • Has experience in coordination, communications, or operations support roles
  • Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple priorities
  • Can take complex information and make it simple, structured, and actionable
  • Communicates clearly and confidently—both in writing and verbally
  • Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
  • Comfortable supporting multiple sites, with up to 25% travel
  • Authorized to work in the United States

About Wis-Pak, Inc.

Wis-Pak, Inc. was founded to provide a centralized supply of canned soft drink products to its owners, Pepsi-Cola Franchise bottlers.

On June 26, 1969, Watertown, Wisconsin was chosen as the site for a 64,000 square foot facility and Continental Can was selected as the prime supplier of canning equipment. Construction began in September of 1969. Wis-Pak has since become one of the largest and most successful cooperative companies in the soft drink industry with eight filling plants, a transportation company, a beverage brands company and a company for centralized administration.

In 1987 Wis-Pak created and launched the first Wis-Pak brand, Klarbrunn Sparkling. First to the market and fresh from the start, Klarbrunn sparkling water paved the way with its simplistic, naturally flavored bubbly water. Since the launch of Klarbrunn Wis-Pak has successfully launched over seven additional brands. The newest brand, BUBBL’R antioxidant sparkling water, is another first to the market better for you beverage filling consumers needs one sip at a time.

Wis-Pak is owned by 35 Shareholders, representing 65 Pepsi-Cola franchises. Shareholder franchises cover parts of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
