APAC Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Our Business Management Office (BMO) team is comprised of business management professionals with extensive industry experience, based around the world.

The APAC Continuous Improvement Coordinator serves as the regional point of contact for Process Excellence work across the APAC time zone. Reporting to the AMER-based Process Excellence Manager, this role executes established processes and SOPs during APAC business hours; maintains operational data; and collects regional inputs and feedback to inform the global Continuous Improvement function. Due to timezone differences, the role requires strong independent execution within established procedures, with regular alignment and guidance from leadership.

In this role you will support the BMO's mission through reliable regional execution and data management; this role informs global strategy through regional input, but does not set or own it. It offers a structured path for professional development and serves as an ideal launching pad for a career in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Process Excellence Manager (AMER-based)
  • Serve as the APAC time-zone point of contact for Process Excellence work under the direction of the Process Excellence Manager; execute regional scope of Process Excellence within established guidelines
  • Execute established Process Excellence processes and SOPs in the APAC region; surface issues, gaps, and complaints to the global Continuous Improvement function
  • Review and maintain operational data; track new group creation; update and maintain databases, trackers, and records for accuracy
  • Act as the initial intake point for APAC teams requesting Process Excellence and BMO support; assess requests and route or escalate according to established protocols
  • Represent Process Excellence in APAC time-zone meetings as directed; capture actions, notes, and follow-up items for manager review and guidance
  • Collect regional inputs and feedback and route them to the global Continuous Improvement and strategy function; this role informs strategy, it does not set or own it
  • Provide regular and ad hoc regional coordination and reporting support
  • Help support the EMEA region as needed; this is a supporting contribution, not an exclusive or primary focus of the role
  • Support APAC onboarding as needed; this is a secondary responsibility and not the primary focus of the role
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in operations, coordination, or process support roles, with demonstrated ability to execute independently within established procedures
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently during APAC business hours while maintaining regular communication and alignment with an AMER-based manager
  • Comfort operating within established processes and escalation protocols with minimal real-time supervision
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with meeting planning or corporate business travel programs
  • Basic experience with project management technology (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of stakeholders under supervision

Expectations

  • Must comply with return to office policy of being in the office 5 days a week.
