Job Description

About this Position

HPS Engineer Graduate Development Program, where you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, improving production processes and equipment, and supporting technical projects to ensure efficiency and performance.

What you´ll do

  • Drive OEE improvement by identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating process and equipment losses using appropriate HPS tools.
  • Own critical daily management systems and participate in daily direction-setting by reporting results, flagging issues, and ensuring key priorities are addressed.
  • Standardize equipment, work processes, and documentation while maintaining process control strategies and SOPs as changes are implemented.
  • Lead change management, validation, and technical readiness activities across the cell from project establishment through SOS and launch.
  • Develop and deliver training on processes and equipment while sharing best practices and learnings across equipment, lines, and cells.
  • Collaborate with Cell HPS and Reliability Engineers to establish standards, improve activity effectiveness, and ensure the required resources are in place to deliver technical and performance targets.
