Job Overview

Lead hands on deployment of the TEOA Business System at the shopfloor, with primary focus on structured Problem Solving, Standard Work and Leader Standard Work, Flow Kaizen, Plant Design and Workplace Optimization, and Lean Playbook training. Coach Value Stream Leaders, supervisors and cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate operational losses, standardize effective practices, improve flow and workplace design, and build sustainable Lean capability that delivers measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory and Kaizen performance.

Job Requirements

Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen & Benefits Delivery

Lead Value Stream Mapping and execute shopfloor Kaizen, cost-saving and productivity-improvement projects from charter and feasibility assessment through implementation, benefit validation, standardization and replication.

Lean Leadership & Daily Management

Develop Value Stream Leaders, supervisors and employees through Lean Leadership, Gemba coaching, Daily Management, structured Problem Solving and Operational Excellence principles.

Establish effective tiered reviews, visual management, KPI ownership, escalation and action-closure routines that drive fact-based decisions and accountability.

TEOA Management System Deployment

Deploy assigned TEOA Lean systems, LMA elements and Lean Playbook tools across the site. Define clear operating routines, roles, standards, governance and audit mechanisms; assess maturity, identify gaps and coach process owners to close and sustain actions toward the site Star Level 5 target.

Lean Capability & Talent Development

Build and execute the site Lean capability-development plan. Deliver practical TEOA training and coach Lean Novice, Apprentice and Practitioner candidates through project selection, application, certification and post-certification deployment.

What your background should look like

Education, Technical Qualification & Experience

 Bachelor degree and major in Engineering

 At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing, Lean manufacturing, structured problem solving, production engineering or Value Stream improvement.

 Demonstrated capability in structured problem solving, Pareto analysis, root-cause verification, Standard Work, line balancing, flow, layout and workplace optimization.

 Experience coaching frontline leaders, supervisors, operators, maintenance and engineering teams through practical shopfloor implementation.

 Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects and validating operational or financial benefits. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, TEOA Playbook facilitator or equivalent certification is preferred.

 Good English capabilities.

Personal Attributes & Competencies

 Strong Gemba observation, coaching, facilitation and hands-on implementation capability.

 Strong knowledge of the TEOA Business System, TPM, Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Flow Kaizen, Plant Design and Daily Management.

 Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability using facts, loss data and process observation.

 Ability to influence and develop frontline leaders and cross-functional teams without replacing their functional ownership.

 Strong execution discipline, follow-through and focus on standards, closure evidence and sustained results.

 Clear communication, training and management-reporting skills.
