Job Overview

Lead hands on deployment of the TEOA Business System at the shopfloor, with primary focus on structured Problem Solving, Standard Work and Leader Standard Work, Flow Kaizen, Plant Design and Workplace Optimization, and Lean Playbook training. Coach Value Stream Leaders, supervisors and cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate operational losses, standardize effective practices, improve flow and workplace design, and build sustainable Lean capability that delivers measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory and Kaizen performance.

Job Requirements

Digital Factory Governance & Strategy

Act as the plant Digital Factory Champion; develop and maintain the Digital Factory roadmap; assess capability and resource gaps; prioritize business cases; coordinate Digital Factory Business Process Owners; and lead cross-functional deployment planning, governance and value realization.

Digital Business Process Ownership & Deployment

Lead or coordinate deployment of MES Core, process connectivity, DQIP/SPC, alert response and notification, digital tier accountability, material flow and replenishment, serialization, recipe management, tool traceability and user-interface solutions. Ensure requirements, process ownership, training and

Data Analysis & Manufacturing Intelligence

Develop and sustain data visualization and analytics for OEE, productivity, quality, CoPQ, lead time, inventory and Tebit. Apply statistical analysis, data streaming, joining and blending, root-cause analysis and advanced analytics to generate actionable manufacturing insights and measurable value.

Software, Infrastructure & Connected Manufacturing Coordination

Translate manufacturing needs into technical requirements and coordinate Plant IT, developers, controls engineers, maintenance and inspection-equipment specialists. Support MES/SCADA-HMI integration, databases, manufacturing networks, cloud/data-storage architecture, RFID/barcoding, PLC connectivity and solution troubleshooting within approved standards.

Digital Capability Building & Sustainability

Build a network of process owners, super users and deployment-support resources. Deliver training, coach teams, facilitate digital Kaizen, establish documentation and handover, monitor skill maturity, and ensure deployed solutions remain actively used, supported and continuously improved.

What your background should look like

Education, Technical Qualification & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial/Manufacturing/Automation/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
  2. 5+ years in digital manufacturing, manufacturing systems, industrial automation, operational analytics or Digital Factory deployment.
  3. Strong manufacturing knowledge and ability to convert business needs into digital requirements, deployment plans and value cases.
  4. Hands-on experience in several areas: MES, SCADA/HMI, machine connectivity, digital quality, traceability, material flow, visualization, databases or workflow digitalization.
  5. Experience coordinating Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Controls, Maintenance and Finance.
  6. English reading and writing required. Hydra, SAP, ThingWorx, Power BI/Tableau, SQL/NoSQL, cloud architecture, PLC, RFID/barcoding or AI/ML experience preferred.

  1. Strong communication, planning, delegation and cross-functional leadership.
  2. Solid manufacturing and TEOA/continuous-improvement experience; able to facilitate digital Kaizen.
  3. Good knowledge of Digital Factory value, MES deployment, training and process ownership.
  4. Strong skills in visualization, statistics, trend analysis and root-cause analysis.
  5. Working knowledge of MES, SCADA/HMI, databases, networks, cloud storage, cybersecurity and data governance.
  6. Able to coordinate controls, maintenance, inspection and development specialists while respecting functional ownership.
  7. Strong ownership of adoption, data quality, documentation, benefit validation and sustainable handover.
