Job Overview
Support the deployment and evolution of the DDN Operations Business System by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and digital solutions that improve execution visibility and decision-making. This role serves as the analytical backbone of Continuous Improvement initiatives by managing improvement pipelines, tracking benefits realization, identifying performance gaps, and enabling data-driven problem-solving across manufacturing sites.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
CI Program Analytics & Governance
- Manage and maintain the DDN Operations improvement project portfolio and benefit tracking system.
- Monitor TEBIT, TE Best, TEOA, training, and other operational excellence initiatives across sites.
- Track project milestones, savings realization, implementation progress, and business impact.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards across all sites.
Performance Gap Analysis
- Analyze operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities and execution gaps.
- Conduct trend analysis and root-cause-oriented investigations to support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with CI leaders and site teams to prioritize improvement opportunities based on data insights.
- Develop performance scorecards and operational health indicators.
Digital & Automation Enablement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Reduce manual data collection and reporting effort through digital tools and process automation.
- Support integration of operational metrics from multiple systems and sources.
- Enable data availability for future AI and predictive analytics applications.
Continuous Improvement Support
- Provide analytical support for Kaizen events, Lean projects, and strategic improvement initiatives.
- Measure project effectiveness and sustainability.
- Quantify operational benefits, productivity improvements, and cost savings.
- Support replication of best practices through performance benchmarking across sites.
Executive Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular business reviews and executive summaries.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for operational leaders.
- Support leadership reviews with clear, concise, and timely performance analysis.
What your background should look like
Key Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience supporting manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or operational excellence environments.
- Understanding of Lean, TEOA, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience tracking project savings and operational performance metrics.
- Knowledge of automation and digital transformation solutions.
