What You'll Do
• Support and execute continuous improvement projects by collecting and analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with implementation efforts
• Conduct process audits, monitor improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with established procedures and operational standards.
• Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while providing training on new processes and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analyze operational performance data, perform root cause analysis, and develop recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Lead or support Kaizen and SMED events while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to collaborate with operators, engineering, and leadership teams
What You Bring
• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a STEM related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, or similar methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
