
The CI Analyst's responsibilities include supporting CI projects through data mining, analysis and improvement recommendations to improve overall operating conditions within Deckers DC operations. This includes developing plans to improve efficiency, safety and SLA performance.
To be successful as a CI analyst you should be able to derive insights from large amounts of data that support and guide optimal project performance. You should also be meticulous when it comes to preparing documentation and reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
· Contribute to project planning, budgeting and overall strategy
· Conduct and present feasibility analyses for proposed projects
· Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
· Monitor and evaluate the overall project
· Analyze project data and produce insights to optimize performance.
· Identify project shortfalls and recommend remediation opportunities
· Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
· Prepare, review and maintain project documentation and reports.
· Partner with Operations leadership to drive improvements that benefit the customer experience.
· Lead projects with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to address gaps and improve processes.
· Provide In-depth analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
· Managing compliance with audits and certifications.
· Support environmental sustainability efforts in line with corporate goals.
QUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications needed in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education/Certifications:
· Degree in business, administration, or a technical field is desired.
· Knowledgeable in all phases of the six sigma, with Green Belt Preferred
· Extensive experience in Microsoft software
Work Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in the coordination and implementation complex projects.
· 3-5 years of experience optimizing fulfillment and distribution warehouse operations.
· Knowledge and or working experience with automation (Autostore, Exotec, Caja).
· Experience in facility and process redesign and implementation.
Skills/Competencies:
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence others.
· Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills
· Demonstrated ability to expedite several projects simultaneously.
· Proficient in Microsoft Applications
· Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization.
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Sets plans & objectives, clearly monitors their progress through completion.
· Excellent verbal, written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
$67,300.00 - $78,300.00
